By virtue of the entry into force of the RD 1493/2011, of October 24, by which there are regulated the terms and the conditions of incorporation in the General Regime of the National Health Service of the persons who take part in programs of training, in development of that one foreseen in the additional third disposition of the Law 27/2011, of August 1, on update, adequacy and modernization of the system of the National Health Service (BOE num. 259 of October 27, 2011), the companies and institutions that have subscribed agreements of educational and training cooperation with economic consideration will have to give of discharge the students in the National Health Service.
